I was astonished that each time I needed your assistance in the evening, you seemed to magically appear! You are very good at your work.

Dear Mrs. Stainton - last Saturday evening we had one hell of a great party at Windsor's Premier Club. Yes, we had to do it without you but, we would have much preferred your presence. I gave a short Scottish toast to the B&G that went like this: May all you wish for......Be the least you get. It has always been 'my wish' that one or both our daughters would have the privledge of a 'reception in style'. We feel compelled to tell you that the evening on Saturday was beyond our wishes and one of the best evenings we have had in recent memory.
The food, the staff, the precision - all done to the utmost 'world class perfection'. I went to David during the festivities and said "you have a well-oiled machine here with this staff, obviously they are paying no attention to you! Both Suzanne and I want to say a huge thank you to You, David, the Kitchen and the Wait Staff and re-enforce to you our absolute delight in the entire evening - from start to finish a wonderfully perfect experience.

In May of this year, we took our two teen-aged grandsons to Chicago for a long weekend holiday, and stayed in the Standard Club, after reading a glowing article in our Club newsletter.
The Standard Club occupies all of a stately, large, 10 storey building in the heart of Chicago's downtown business district, with several floors devoted to large, well furnished guest rooms. They have public rooms ranging from huge to intimate, and athletic facilities that were most impressive, including a huge gym, with all kinds of equipment, a big lap pool and a full size basketball court. They have full facilities for 3 meals a day, every day, and on our weekend, had a seafood night which included every imaginable kind of fish and shellfish with fresh lobster cooked to order, followed by a huge selection of desserts.
The room rates and other charges were quite reasonable for a facility of this kind and the staff were all very obliging and friendly. Our grandsons were very impressed and so were we. We'd recommend it without hesitation.

First of all kudos to the chef and the rest of your staff who made last night's dinner celebrating Jill's birthday truly exceptional. The three of us really enjoyed ourselves - even though Sarah only had a Caesar's Salad (but that was her vegetarian choice!).
I had recently contemplated resigning from the club due to the traveling distances involved (ca 90 km round trip) but now have erased that thought from my mind!
Thanks for your usual great help and again - we had an exceptional time last night and will continue same in the future I am sure.

Good afternoon Agnes,
Just a short note this afternoon to recognize and compliment the Windsor Club on a couple of dinners that I have recently enjoyed.
My wife, Luella, and I, were at the Windsor Club this past Friday, July 22, 2011 and your Chef David Grascoeur prepared a 5-course Tapas size exquisite dinner (a few weeks ago, Luella and I were there when your menu featured a 5-course Tapas menu). Last Friday, my request to the Chef was (as the Tapas were not specifically on the menu) if he could prepare us a 5-course delight. In summary, it was an outstanding success.
Would also like to recognize Adelaide who from when I called to make the reservation and conspired with me to get the 5-course treatment, to the service during dinner, Adelaide provided amongst the finest service anywhere (as she always does).
I wish you and the Team at the Windsor Club continued success.

Dear Agnes,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation, I would like to once again extend our sincere thanks to you and your Board for choosing our Foundation as the beneficiary of the 4th Annual Windsor Club Charity Golf Tournament.
It was a pleasure for Nancy and I to work with you Agnes, and the entire golf committee. Although the weather did not cooperate, our participants certainly enjoyed a first class dinner and silent auction, with the best view in the city!
We are extremely grateful to you and to all of the generous participants and sponsors, for the $10,865 that was raised for Seeds4Hope!
We know that advances in cancer care and prevention are driven by scientific and medical research. As you are aware, Seeds4Hope is our annual research grant awards program offering "seed" grants as start-up funding for new research or new approaches to existing cancer research. Seeds4Hope is unique because the research occurs here...in Windsor and Essex County...with local scientists and physicians.
In the last two years, our Foundation has awarded $500,000 to 8 research projects involving 27 local researchers. Please visit our website to meet these fine scientists. Their research projects illustrate the opportunities for hope and promise - in the laboratory, in the clinic, and at the bedside - in the battle against cancer.

Agnes: I have to tell you that everyone was so taken with the Windsor Club on Sunday. The majority of the guests were from the U.S. and had a wonderful time. The decor looked lovely and really added a festive touch to the day. David took care of our every need and the two young women did the Club proud.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and most importantly our clients and their caregivers, we wish to thank you, your staff and the Windsor Club for hosting the Fashion Show last Thursday and for choosing WETRA as the beneficiary of this lovely and profitable evening.
Your contribution to our program is very much appreciated, but this year even more so, as we recently received notice that our major funding source, The United Way, will no longer be supporting our program as of January 2011.
WETRA was one of the first Canadian assocations to offer horseback riding as a form of therapy. Since 1963, our association has been devoted to creating an enriched experience for adults and children with mental, physical and emotional disabilities in Windsor and Essex County. Your generous contribution will allow our program to continue and grow.
Your hospitality was superb! Everything was just perfect. I received many wonderful comments from our volunteers and friends who attended the event on how much they enjoyed the evening.

Having been a member here at the Windsor Club since June 2006, I can say that I've never once regretted joining such a fine Club. From the exceptional service to the always great food, the Windsor Club has never disappointed my family and I have enjoyed many excellent events, like a surprise anniversary party I have arranged for my wife, an annual Christmas party, complete with Santa Claus and gifts for the kids. The Club offers the best dining experience I've found in the area, along with a breathtaking view and the most professional and courteous management and staff anyone could hope for.
I highly recommend membership at the Windsor Club for both personal and professional rewards, well into the future. Visit us at the Club at the Top of the Town.
